What you will do

Our Installation Engineers install Fire Alarm Systems to industry standards, providing exceptional customer service and industry‑leading technical knowledge. You will identify and rectify problems before they occur, working within a high‑performing team across a geographical region.

How you will do it

  • Provide excellent customer service, exceeding expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Service the appropriate devices safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage, and material loss.
  • Manage your time efficiently and prioritise jobs correctly.
  • Correctly complete engineer work reports, handover certificates, BSIA certificates or checklists as appropriate.

What we look for

Essential

  • Experience within Fire & Security industry
  • Driving license
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders
  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment

Preferred

  • Current relevant qualifications such as 18th edition/NVQ/City and Guilds/BTEC/FIA
