You will play a key role in optimising the production capability of one of our major manufacturing sites producing foam and gas suppression systems used worldwide. This is a hands‑on manufacturing engineering role focused on improving efficiency, reducing cost and enhancing quality across production operations. You will work closely with production, engineering and supply chain teams in an office‑ and site‑based environment to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

How You Will Do It:

  • Plan, manage and review production plans to meet output, cost and quality objectives
  • Monitor expenditure and forecast resource and production capacity requirements
  • Optimise manufacturing layouts for assembly and materials handling
  • Design and improve manufacturing processes, equipment and machine utilisation
  • Plan and sequence manufacturing operations to improve flow and efficiency
  • Provide guidance and input into engineering design concepts for manufacturability
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma / DMAIC methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive quality, cost and productivity improvements

What We Are Looking For:

  • HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
  • Computer literate with a practical, data‑driven mindset
