What you will do:

We are seeking a Global Strategic Account Manager to drive growth within our Data Centre Solutions team. You will build and expand relationships with major enterprise, hyperscale and colocation clients, promoting Johnson Controls’ integrated portfolio across building technologies, digital solutions and infrastructure optimisation. Your work will support customers in developing modern, efficient and connected data centre environments. You will lead strategic sales opportunities from identification to close, demonstrating clear value, ROI and operational impact for client organisations.

How you will do it:

  • Engage at executive level to position Johnson Controls as a trusted partner
  • Build insight‑led, outcome‑focused relationships across key accounts
  • Understand client goals around efficiency, resilience and service quality
  • Work with cross‑domain teams to develop and deliver account growth plans
  • Use your commercial and technical expertise to differentiate our solutions
  • Manage complex opportunities with strong planning and Salesforce discipline
  • Lead internal opportunity teams to ensure excellent client outcomes

What we look for:

  • 10+ years’ senior strategic account management experience
  • 5+ years selling enterprise‑level solutions into the data centre or critical environment market
  • Experience in HVAC or building automation/controls
  • Degree‑educated

  • Experience in a large, matrixed organisation
