This is a mobile role where you’ll focus on the service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
What You’ll Do
- Service, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Fault find on systems including AHUs, chillers, cold rooms, display cabinets, cellar cooling, and ice machines
- Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs
- Deliver first‑time fixes where possible
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients on site
- Participate in an on‑call rota (with paid overtime & standby)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HVAC and/or refrigeration service
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on commercial refrigeration systems
- Background in hospitality, retail, or similar environments is beneficial
- Ability to work independently in a field‑based role
Essential:
- F‑Gas certification
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Basic gas knowledge or qualifications
