What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. You will:

Schedule routine service visits and dispatch callouts efficiently.

Manage engineers’ diaries and coordinate assignments seamlessly.

Process permits and handle essential paperwork with precision.

Serve as a dedicated point of contact for our valued national customers.

Keep everything running smoothly by rescheduling work due to absences or urgent calls.

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.

Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Support service managers in maximizing engineer productivity.

Work with portals and reporting tools to meet team KPIs.
