What You’ll Do

  • Manage engineers’ diaries and coordinate assignments seamlessly.
  • Process permits and handle essential paperwork with precision.
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for our valued national customers.
  • Keep everything running smoothly by rescheduling work due to absences or urgent calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support service managers in maximizing engineer productivity.
  • Work with portals and reporting tools to meet team KPIs.
