We help retailers and property investors optimise operations, elevate customer experience and drive growth through data‑driven solutions. We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships and drive revenue across the retail and property sectors. This role suits someone commercially minded, motivated and passionate about technology‑led solutions. This is a hybrid position with national coverage and expectations to travel to the Solihull office once a week.

How you will do it:

  • Identify and develop new business across retail and property.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends to identify growth areas.
  • Work with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting.
