Manchester | Full-Time | Onsite (Shift Role)

We are looking for an Alarm Response Centre Operator to join our Customer Monitoring Centre in Manchester. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to alarm activations, handling enquiries, and delivering a high level of support in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to live security and fire alarm activations.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide system support.
  • Liaise with Police and Fire services when required.
  • Book engineer visits and coordinate with customers.
  • Accurately update internal systems and records.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company processes.
