What you will do: The Channel Sales Manager for Spare-parts Products is a key role reporting to the EMEALA Parts Senior Director. You will be part of a team focused on expanding the sales network through Indirect Channels for Spare-parts Products in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa . You will drive sales growth for the HVAC product portfolio , specifically Chillers, Air Handling Units, and Fan Coil Units. Your focus will be on enhancing relationships with existing channels and adding new partners to boost sales. You will lead sales initiatives, develop regional strategies, and share insights on market trends with the sales team and partners to achieve business objectives. Collaborating with the Business Development Manager and Product Support Team, you will operate across indirect channels including distributors, sales facilitators, contractors and service providers to promote growth and maximize revenue. How you will do it: Leverage your strategic expertise in Spare-parts Products to boost sales performance, enhance relationships with service providers, and create new channel partnerships. Enhance sales and service quality by regular visits to dealers. Ensure customer satisfaction with the sales team and provide support as needed. Articulate market information such as pricing and competitor actions, while proposing growth plans for each channel to management.
