Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrator role based in Watford. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of residential block and estate management, including:
- Maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with residents and directors
- Coordinating with contractors
- Managing schedules and communications
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations and handling administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths as a minimum
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including professional correspondence
- Commitment to promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment, that will ensure people are left with a great impression of JB
- Effective team player plus the ability to work on own initiative
