We are a sales agency business, representing household brands and selling them on behalf of the companies throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. We have also been roasting our own coffee for over 100 years, and we are proud to be supplying coffee to some of our countries most prestigious restaurants, coffee shops and hotels! We are looking for a professional and organised Office Administrator to manage front desk responsibilities, including welcoming visitors and performing a variety of administrative tasks using Offie 365 (Excel, Teams and Outlook etc) The Role Responsibilities General Administration for compliance (TSS, MHRA) Answer and direct incoming reception calls in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring prompt and accurate communication Greet visitors, clients, and guests warmly, providing assistance with inquiries to ensure a positive and helpful experience Any other administration duties that the role may require Required Skills Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Team, Outlook and Excel A committed and positive attitude along with an obvious customer focus and the ability to build a positive rapport with customers and visitors Excellent attention to detail, work accuracy/numeracy and quality orientated Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business Motivated and dynamic self-starter Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines Benefits Company pension Life insurance On-site parking Great work/life balance Company Discount on lots of products (Including our coffee!)
