Overview
Great opportunity to step up into a support role with one of the best, digitally committed, tier 1 contractors. We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery. Working across multiple projects to support the Digital Construction Manager.
Responsibilities
- Design Coordination and Clash Detection (Solibri / Navisworks essential)
- Ability to engage and encourage the supply chain to deliver better BIM;
- Model audit (Autodesk tools +)
- Active involvement in, if not chairing, coordination meetings;
- Project set-up and relevant documentation preparation/checking.
Nice to have experience (but not essential)
- COBie delivery
- On-site project BIM project delivery
- Project handover
