We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery.
Working across multiple projects to support the Digital Construction Manager.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Design Coordination and Clash Detection (Solibri / Navisworks essential)
- Ability to engage and encourage the supply chain to deliver better BIM;
- Model audit (Autodesk tools +);
- Active involvement in, if not chairing, coordination meetings;
- Project set-up and relevant documentation preparation/checking.
NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE(but not essential):
- COBie delivery;
- On-site project BIM project delivery;
- Project handover.
