Must Have Experience

  • Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
  • Some knowledge and understanding of Solibri
  • Can discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability
  • Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models
  • Good level of FM knowledge and strong initiative
