We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
- Some knowledge and understanding of Solibri
- Can discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability
- Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models
- Good level of FM knowledge and strong initiative
NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE(but not essential):
- COBie delivery;
- On-site project BIM project delivery;
- Project handover.
