Digital Construction Coordinator - Tier 1

Overview

Digital Construction Coordinator – Tier 1 at JOHNSON BIM. Great opportunity to step up and grow into a senior BIM coordinator role with one of the best, digitally committed, tier 1 contractors.

We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
• Some knowledge and understanding of Solibri
• Discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability
• Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models
• Good level of FM knowledge and strong initiative

Nice to have experience (but not essential)

• COBie delivery
• On-site project BIM project delivery
• Project handover

Salary

Up to £44k + travel
