Digital Construction Coordinator - Tier 1
Great opportunity to step up and grow into a senior BIM coordinator role with one of the best, digitally committed, tier 1 contractors.
We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery.
must Have Experience Preferred
- Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
- Some knowledge and understanding of Solibri
- Can discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability
- Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models
- Good level of FM knowledge and strong initiative
NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE(but Not Essential)
- COBie delivery;
- On-site project BIM project delivery;
- Project handover.
SALARY
Up to £44k + travel
