We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Junior BIM Manager to join our team. This role is ideally suited for someone with prior experience in the construction industry who is eager to take ownership of BIM processes on site. You will play a key role in managing, reviewing, and coordinating digital construction information, with a strong focus on clash detection and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage BIM coordination processes on site.
- Carry out clash detection and issue tracking, primarily using Revizto.
- Review models from subcontractors to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Manage COBie data requirements and ensure accurate information exchange.
- Support site teams with BIM-related processes and provide technical input when required.
- Act as the point of contact for BIM-related queries on site.
- Work independently to proactively identify and resolve coordination issues.
- Support the wider BIM team and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience with Revizto, particularly clash detection (essential).
- Good knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and COBie.
- Ability to review, manage, and coordinate subcontractor models.
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and on site.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Desirable
- Experience with other BIM authoring and coordination tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
- Previous involvement in BIM implementation on live construction projects.
