Our client, a highly respected financial institution based in the City, is seeking an experienced Senior Loans Agency Transaction Manager to join their growing team. This is a pivotal role within their facility agency function, offering exposure to complex facility and security agent documentation across a range of sectors.
This is a unique opportunity for a confident, detail-oriented professional to step into a senior-level position with direct ownership of the transaction lifecycle, from documentation review, negotiation, financial close and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyse and provide comments to counsel related to negotiation and drafting of LMA documents for assigned accounts. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Work with external parties, including attorneys, financial advisors, to structure and close Global Capital Markets (βGCMβ) transactions in a timely manner.
- Represent GCM at transaction closings, attend and chair client meetings and presentations and prepare related relevant documentation.
- Conduct documentation reviews and support deal closings, waivers, and amendments
- Oversee KYC and onboarding for new counterparties
- Monitor covenants and borrower compliance obligations
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a Transaction Management role as Facility Agent
- Knowledge of the Security Agent role
- In-depth understanding of LMA-style documentation and loan structuring
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple active deals concurrently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, proactive approach and a keen eye for detail
