As a Loans Agency Specialist, you will act as the key intermediary in syndicated loan transactions, ensuring seamless execution and ongoing support. Your role will span deal closing, transaction management, and operational oversight, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Closing: Review facility documentation for compliance, collaborate with legal counsel, and manage the onboarding process in LoanIQ.
- Transaction Management: Coordinate amendments, waivers, and consents, while serving as the main point of contact for deal-related queries.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve ad hoc issues, reconcile nostro breaks, and oversee offshore teams to maintain high standards.
What We Look For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a comparable Loans Agency role, with experience in LoanIQ and credit agreement interpretation.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisational abilities, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Desirable: Exposure to structured finance sectors (real estate, acquisition, shipping, infrastructure) and familiarity with DebtDomain or ClearPar.
