About the Role

  • Take full ownership of the administration of syndicated loan facilities, including drawdowns, repayments and fee calculations, ensuring absolute adherence to credit documentation.
  • Scrutinise and apply credit agreements, amendments, waivers, transfers and consents with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders and legal counsel, resolving queries with professionalism and authority.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, support audits and contribute to continuous process improvements.

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in loan administration or loan agency services, with familiarity with LMA standards.
