The Role
Join a dynamic Deal Management team as the primary internal contact for Corporate Lending Operations. You'll be responsible for facilitating lending business activities and ensuring transactions are managed effectively with risk mitigation and data quality at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Execution: Booking new deals & facilities in LoanIQ, managing amendments/restructures, and completing security builds
- Pipeline Management: Collating lending pipeline information and distributing to stakeholders
- Documentation Review: Reviewing LMA draft documentation and suggesting operational improvements
- Lifecycle Management: Overseeing covenants, security valuations, reconciliations, and client queries
- Data Management: Maintaining data accuracy and producing management information
- Dashboard Management: Owning production and accuracy of data for business unit conversations
Who We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- LoanIQ experience with proven ability to build deals
- Ability to interpret and operationalize Loan documentation
- Excellent analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
