Weβre recruiting on behalf of a global bank, seeking an Associate to join their Loan Agency Transaction Management team in London.
π₯ In this role, you will:
- Review and negotiate transaction documents, including Loan Facility Agreements, Intercreditor Agreements, and Security Trust Deeds.
- Act as Global Agent/Intercreditor Agent/Facility Agent, ensuring obligations align with internal processes and compliance.
- Oversee deal onboarding, managing Conditions Precedent and coordinating new transactions.
- Handle amendments, consents, and waiver requests, liaising with lenders and borrowers.
- Monitor and diarise margin changes, financial reporting covenants, and lender communications.
- Manage relationships with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Act as Security Agent, overseeing Account Bank Agreements and liaising with key stakeholders.
- Support internal projects, enhancing systems, processes, and loan administration.
