What You Will Own

  • Portfolio Oversight: Maintain daily management of the loan portfolio using LoanIQ, ensuring timely and accurate processing of utilizations, rollovers, interest payments, repayments, and prepayments.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Interpret loan documentation to facilitate deal booking, funding, and cash flow management, adhering to robust risk frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Oversee deliverables from outsourced providers, ensuring compliance with service agreements and high-quality standards. Act as the main escalation point for the operations team, coordinating loan servicing and settlement across multiple parties.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor and reconcile cash flows, address investor queries, and drive continuous enhancement of controls and processes.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert advice and support to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in loan administration, with a strong background in loan operations. Experience in private credit operations is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Systems: Proficiency in LoanIQ is essential; familiarity with ClearPar or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Skills: A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with strong accounting, analytical, and Excel capabilities. Knowledge of Bloomberg, fee calculations, and administrator tools is a plus.
