We’re partnering with a leading global private markets manager to support their Private Credit Operations team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation that invests across the sub-investment grade credit markets, working closely with front-office investment teams and operations functions across Europe and North America.
This role will see you:
- Manage investment settlement and cash liquidity oversight
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of cash and positions
- Maintain Wall Street Office (WSO) records for amendments, corporate actions, and trade activity
- Conduct investment-level analysis
- Collaborate with Treasury teams on subscription lines and borrowing bases for leverage facilities
- Support fund accounting teams in closing monthly and quarterly NAVs
- Provide daily interaction and support to investment teams
- Perform portfolio compliance analysis on a daily and monthly basis
- Assist in the onboarding of new funds
- Contribute to the firm’s change agenda and operational improvements
They’re looking for someone with:
- 5-7+ years’ experience in Loans Admin, Loans Agency, or Loan Closing or a similar role
- A strong understanding of the trade life cycle from front to back
- Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to analyse complex issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Experience with WSO and Markit products (desirable but not essential)
- Proficiency in Excel
