The Role
We are seeking a Senior Loans Officer to join a specialist team, where you will act as a subject matter expert across the full lifecycle of syndicated loan facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Loan Administration: Independently manage all lifecycle events, including drawdowns, repayments, and fee calculations, while ensuring compliance with credit documentation.
- Interpret and apply credit agreements, amendments, waivers, transfers and consents with a high degree of autonomy.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for borrowers, lenders, and legal counsel, resolving queries with professionalism and authority.
- Risk and Governance: Identify and mitigate operational risks, support audits, and contribute to process improvements.
