The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Loans Agency Operations professional to take ownership within a dynamic and expanding team. You will act as a linchpin in the administration of syndicated loan facilities, ensuring precision and compliance at every stage of the loan lifecycle. Your expertise will be critical in managing relationships with lenders, borrowers, and internal stakeholders, while your ability to interpret complex loan documentation will drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loan Lifecycle Management: Oversee the administration of syndicated loan facilities, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and fee calculations, ensuring strict adherence to facility agreements.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Review and apply loan facility agreements, identifying and escalating discrepancies between documentation and operational processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for relationship managers, legal teams, lenders, and borrowers, preparing and distributing notices, confirmations, and statements.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior administrators and act as a subject matter expert for complex agency matters.
