The role

As Senior Business Development Director, you will be responsible for expanding the firm's UK presence through relationship-led origination and strategic market engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Originate new agency and trustee mandates through your established sponsor, fund and law firm network
  • Execute a UK-focused BD strategy aligned with wider European growth plans
  • Represent the firm at leading European conferences and industry events
  • Work closely with transaction management and operations teams across multiple European offices
  • Support complex loan closings and ongoing mandates, ensuring a consistently high client experience

About you
