Job Function: Project/Program Management Job Sub Function: Project/Program Management All Job Posting Locations: Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom Key Responsibilities: Oversee planning phase of strategic projects within the JOINTS Portfolio, developing and implementing scheduling methodologies and tools. Manage and develop Project Schedulers, ensuring high performance and adherence to J & J standards. Implement consistent project scheduling processes across the platform for capital projects over $200k. Conduct training on project planning and scheduling tools. Manage schedule development, analysis, and synthesis from project teams and external sources. Ensure schedule integrity, analyze critical paths, and refine schedules with teams. Perform schedule risk assessments and Monte Carlo analyses for risk mitigation. Report on project progress and variances, and recommend corrective actions. Drive improvements in project planning methodologies and tools. Coordinate communication between global scheduling teams and other departments. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Science or related field preferred. Experience and Skills: At least 5 years’ experience in project planning, control, and management. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6. Leadership and project management experience. Knowledge of risk evaluation and management. Preferred: Data analytical skills. Other: Flexible work ethic. Strong influencing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
