Johnson Analytica is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control & Production Technician to support the manufacture and verification of laboratory standards and colour reference charts. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality requirements before release and despatch. This position requires excellent colour recognition skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence using computer-based systems to create and manage specifications and production records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use laboratory standards and colour reference charts in accordance with approved procedures and customer specifications.
  • Create and maintain product specifications and production documentation.
  • Review customer orders and verify requirements against approved specifications.
  • Perform visual colour assessments and ensure colour charts meet established standards.
  • Conduct routine and intermittent quality control checks throughout the production process.
  • Record production and quality data accurately using company computer systems.
  • Identify and report any non-conformances or quality issues.
  • Approve finished products for despatch once all quality requirements have been met.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment.

  • Excellent colour recognition and colour differentiation ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
