Johnson Analytica is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control & Production Technician to support the manufacture and verification of laboratory standards and colour reference charts. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality requirements before release and despatch. This position requires excellent colour recognition skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence using computer-based systems to create and manage specifications and production records.
Key Responsibilities
- Use laboratory standards and colour reference charts in accordance with approved procedures and customer specifications.
- Create and maintain product specifications and production documentation.
- Review customer orders and verify requirements against approved specifications.
- Perform visual colour assessments and ensure colour charts meet established standards.
- Conduct routine and intermittent quality control checks throughout the production process.
- Record production and quality data accurately using company computer systems.
- Identify and report any non-conformances or quality issues.
- Approve finished products for despatch once all quality requirements have been met.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment.
