Johnson Analytica are currently recruiting for a Graphic Design Assistant to join the design team of a growing organisation based in Oldbury. In this full-time, office-based role, you’ll collaborate closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to produce high-quality creative work across both digital and print media. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced, friendly, and design-focused environment. What you’ll be doing: • Assisting the Graphic Designer with day-to-day creative and production tasks • Designing visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – Premiere Pro is a plus) • Creating digital content such as web banners, social media graphics, and email visuals • Producing print materials including flyers, POS displays, and in-store signage • Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs • Handling file management, image formatting, and occasional marketing admin What we’re looking for: • A strong creative flair and attention to visual detail • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition • Organised, reliable, and meticulous with your work • A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn This is a full time role, initially on a fixed term 1 year contract basis with a possibility of becoming permanent
