We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organised individual with great people skills looking to join our talent team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong ability to build rapport quickly, a professional approach to stakeholder collaboration and good negotiation skills. Previous experience within the property sector is essential and a good understanding of employment law would be useful.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
- Good telephone manner
- Understanding of the property industry especially in sales, lettings and property management is essential
- Ability to manage, organise, and maintain their diary effectively
- Experience in negotiation
- Experience processing and managing confidential data
- Ability to prepare clear, detailed, and well-structured emails
- Professional experience collaborating with stakeholders
- Strong administrative experience
