The Role

Are you a driven Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer looking for a new challenge in the London property market? We're seeking a high-performing individual to join our highly successful Canary Wharf Sales team. If you have a proven track record of generating new business, building strong client relationships, and exceeding targets, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities as a Sales Valuer

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors by proactively addressing their feedback and concerns.
  • Utilise strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible outcomes, ensuring adherence to our fee structure.
  • Provide accurate market appraisals and advise clients on effective pricing strategies based on expertise in market analysis and a deep understanding of the local area, including schools, developments, and amenities.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of success in a Senior Negotiator or Valuer role within Estate Agency Sales.
  • Ability to generate new business opportunities and secure property instructions through proactive networking and relationship building.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing and sales progression process.
  • Proven ability to influence and motivate team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales valuation process and use of sales comparables.
  • Hold a valid driving licence (essential).
