Salary: Basic salary between £21,000-£25,000 dependant on experience + scaled commission structure

Guarantee: 6 months

OTE: £61,000-£78,250+

The Role: We are looking for an exceptional Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator to join our established Canary Wharf team, where your success is rewarded with significant earning potential. Your Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:

  • Qualifying applicants and identifying their needs.
  • Showcasing suitable properties and negotiating offers.
  • Cross-selling between our other branches.
  • Proactively creating opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our extensive database.
  • Working collaboratively within the team to ensure the annual target is met.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales.
  • Target driven with consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the London property market.
  • Proactive and tenacious.
  • Holding a valid driving licence.
