Location: Nine Elms. This role includes up to one day per week working from home after successful completion of the probationary period.
The Role: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to become a vital part of our Lettings Administration team. As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a key role in not only your office, but the wider administration team's success by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of property legislation. Your expertise will ensure the department maintains its exceptional compliance standards while achieving ambitious KPI targets. Additionally, this role offers exciting quarterly earning incentives, ensuring your hard work and dedication are directly acknowledged and financially rewarded!
Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Administrator:
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end deal progression, diligently guiding each transaction from the initial offer to its successful conclusion, all while meeting critical deadlines.
- Conducting AML checks, managing documentation, coordinating essential services such as EPCs and safety checks.
- Being the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Maintaining impeccable records on our CRM system, and actively contributing your insights in team meetings.
- Ensuring that all processes and procedures meet the required legal and regulatory standards.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression position (essential).
- ARLA qualification (essential).
- Detail-orientated and thrive in a high-volume/KPI driven environment.
- Inquisitive nature with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in cross-checking data across multiple systems.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative setting, bringing a positive/can-do attitude to the team.
- Exceptionally organised and thrive on maintaining precision in all aspects of your work.
