The Role
At Johns&Co our Property Management department is rapidly growing, so we are actively recruiting for likeminded individuals to join a high performing team!

Your Responsibilities as an Junior Property Manager:
As a Property Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service. You will proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.
