The Role
At Johns&Co our Property Management department is rapidly growing, so we are actively recruiting for likeminded individuals to join a high performing team! The team are known for providing outstanding customer service and building strong partnerships with clients daily.
Your Responsibilities as a Junior Property Manager:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.
