The Role

Your Responsibilities as an Assistant Property Manager:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.
