Your Responsibilities as a Property Manager:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience within property and an understanding of property management.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and problem-solving approach.
