The Role: We are looking for a Property Management Support Administrator to join our fast-paced team and provide essential administrative support to the Property Management department. This role is ideally suited for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills and a proactive approach to supporting core customer service functions within property management. Your contribution will be crucial to ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction within our supportive and structured environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will take ownership of processing and managing void utility bills for our managed properties with meticulous accuracy.
- Your attention to detail will be vital in handling contractor invoices promptly, ensuring correct coding and facilitating timely payments.
- You will also be responsible for drafting and issuing essential legal documents, such as Deeds of Surrender and Deeds of Assignment, to support smooth property transitions.
- Furthermore, you will assist with various service charge and ground rent tasks on an ad hoc basis, including charging and account reconciliation.
- Beyond these core duties, you will provide valuable additional administrative support to the wider property management team as needed, contributing to overall compliance and operational efficiency.
