The Role

Responsibilities

  • Your Responsibilities as an Assistant Property Manager:
  • As a Property Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service.
  • You will proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.
