Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties.
- Manage the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover.
- Deliver unparalleled customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency is beneficial, but we will also consider candidates who possess drive, determination, and a proactive approach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
- Hold a valid driving licence (desirable).
- Excel at building and maintaining relationships, enabling you to connect with clients at all levels.
- Possess self-motivation and exceptional organisation skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
