Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator
- Register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties.
- Manage the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover.

Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
- ARLA qualified (desirable).
- Hold a valid driving licence (essential).
- Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients at all levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
- Self‑motivation and exceptional organisational skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
