We are seeking a Junior Client Accountant to join our team in Vauxhall. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients and being the main point of contact for any accounts related queries. Intermittently, the successful candidate will also assist with accounts payable duties, setting up new tenancies, handling deposits and various financial reporting.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of client accounts' financial administration.
- Responding to enquiries about statements and rents.
- Ensuring timely rent and fee collection through credit control.
- Managing deposit releases and setting up daily payment schedules.
- Contributing to finance and tax reporting.
- Providing operational support to the team as required, working in close collaboration with your line manager.
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience within an estate agency with a solid understanding of the industry.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong customer‑centric approach, prioritising client needs and satisfaction.
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems effectively.
- Prior use of Veco software would be advantageous.
