Your Responsibilities as a Property Consultant
- As a Property Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth.
- Your day will involve making a minimum of 150 calls to our existing database, where you will build a robust pipeline of future business for yourself and your branch.
- You will actively expand our local market share by building new relationships with potential vendors and landlords, promoting Johns&Co and explaining the benefits of choosing us as their agent.
- Furthermore, you will proactively generate new data, targeting properties entering or already present in the market with other agents, utilising resources such as the land registry, social media platforms like LinkedIn, and targeted marketing methods, including individual direct messages, to connect with prospective clients.
- You will consistently prospect for new leads, actively expanding our client database and ensuring a continuous flow of potential business.
