Your Responsibilities as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties, while coordinating and conducting property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties.
You will be managing the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover, ultimately delivering unparalleled customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients.
Your Skills and Experience
- You have previous experience in customer facing roles and customer service.
- You hold a valid driving licence (essential).
