The Role

At Johns&Co our Property Management department is rapidly growing, so we are actively recruiting for likeminded individuals to join a high performing team! We know when working in a sales environment that administrative and support teams can be overlooked, but here at Johns&Co we recognise their crucial role as the driving force. The team are known for providing outstanding customer service and building strong partnerships with clients daily.

Your Responsibilities as an Assistant Property Manager

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.
