Full‑time position located in Penbryn, NJ (Berlin, NJ). Work days are 8 hours with an 8‑hour lunch. Shift schedule follows a 28‑day cycle: 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 3 days off, 4 days on, 7 days off.

Compensation: Starting hourly rate: $20.51/hr, increase to $24.12/hr as experience and performance progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate packaging equipment and perform quality control inspections.
  • Identify and solve problems to ensure safe and smooth operation of people, equipment, and product.
  • Work any shift, including rotating schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
  • Ability to work flexible rotating shifts (Dupont Schedule).
  • Physical strength to lift, push or pull 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Good visual acuity for operating machinery safely.

Physical Demands:

  • Must stand and walk regularly, sit occasionally, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Frequent lifting of 50 pounds and occasional lifting/moving of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Must be able to see clearly up close and far, and detect colour and depth variations.

Work Environment:

  • Industrial manufacturing setting with heavy machinery, moving mechanical parts, industrial ovens and mobile equipment.
  • Environment may be hot, humid or cold; surfaces can be wet, dusty or uneven.
  • Noise levels, vibration and fumes can be high.
  • Use of personal protective equipment including steel‑toed shoes, ear protection, eye protection, gloves, head protection, and dust masks or respirators is required.
