Job Summary: The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs all Nuclear Medicine imaging, uptake and dilution studies; assists with PET/CT imaging to provide quality diagnostic exams while providing a high level of patient care; prepares radiopharmaceutical kits and patient doses; complies with State regulations regarding handling of radioactive materials; schedules all exams to ensure exam appropriateness and provides communication to families and physicians; coordinates daily patient flow.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an AMA accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- 2 years’ experience in Nuclear Medicine
- ARRT and/or NMTCB registries
- Licensure by the State of Florida, Department
Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekend, call or holiday work is required.
Salary Range: Minimum 33.70/hour - Maximum 53.93/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
