Position Summary

The Ultrasound Technologist Per Diem obtains diagnostic sonographic images for radiologist review. Responsible for all duties related to imaging such as data management, physician order reconciliation, patient transport and result accountability.

Qualifications

  • American Registry, Diagnostic Medical Sonography certification
  • Pediatric Registry within 6 months of hire
  • Current Basic Life Support, AHA

Shift PRN’s are as needed. The Ultrasound Technologist may be utilized anytime (days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays) whenever the staffing model warrants additional support. Status Casual / On-Call. Salary Range Minimum $42.00/hour - Maximum $42.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
